Experience: Former investment banker in Paris & NY for 5 years and a DeFi investor since 2017. Holds a MSc in Finance from ESSEC Business School.
Projects: Advised several Tech companies, including Investing.com and Curve, during their deal-making processes. Also launched a DeFi financial education solution for private and institutional investors.
Role at COMIN: As the CEO, Dany is responsible for setting the company's strategic direction, ensuring its growth, and overseeing all operational aspects. He ensures that COMIN's vision aligns with its objectives and that the team works cohesively towards achieving them.
Alexandre Borene - Chief Technical Officer
Experience: 5 years as a CTO, having worked on more than 10 blockchain and web3 projects. Former CTO of the web3 startup studio, HighCo Venturi.

Owna.io / CPTO: Crypto borrowing following the collateralization of physical assets.
Dogami / Advisory Tech: A metaverse-ready virtual companion offering play-to-earn opportunities and gamified DeFi mechanics on the Tezos Blockchain.
Confidential / CPTO : CPO and CTO roles in creating a stablecoin and using DeFi to finance the real economy.
Role at COMIN: Alexandre manages tech infrastructure, assist in legal considerations and oversees the roadmap.
Hicham Benhima - Full Stack Web3 Developer
Experience: 5 years of full-stack web3 development experience, having contributed to over 20 web3 projects.
Web 3 Projects:−Mintra / Dev Solidity: Mintra-marketplace on pulsechain, with around fifteen coded and tested contracts, including a marketplace and token staking contract.−Holder Lounge: An offchain staking platform and marketplace where users can spend their points.−Mura: A showcase for artists where one can aggregate all NFTs created across different wallets and blockchains.
Role at COMIN: Hicham handles the development of smart contracts in Solidity, integrates them with the backend, issues utility & governance tokens, and optimizes the tech infrastructure (DevOps).
Experience: 5 years of full-stack development experience with a strong focus on JavaScript.
Projects: Solely developed 10+ mobile applications and web apps for startups and big groups
Role at COMIN: Ilan is responsible for developing the Rider and Driver applications, integrating smart contracts into the backend, and developing the web3 provider using web3.js.
Sylvain Andrieu - Operational Advisor
Experience: Sylvain Andrieu has been a key member of Uber in France from its inception in 2013 until 2018. As one of the original team of five, he was instrumental in launching innovative services like UberPOOL, significantly shaping the urban mobility landscape. Following his experience at Uber, Sylvain served as the General Manager for Gopuff in France from 2021 to 2023, where he continued to drive the evolution of on-demand delivery services.

Managed Uber's operations for their successful launch in the French market.
Launched UberPOOL in 2014, pioneering carpooling services in Europe.
Oversaw significant growth of Gopuff in France, enhancing the brand's market presence.

Victor Feuillat - Chief Marketing Officer
Experience: Over a decade serving as an Artistic Director at renowned global agencies like Publicis, Saatchi & Saatchi, Fred & Farid, and WNP.
Achievements: Won awards in 7 international competitions for international brands like Sidaction and Renault. Worked as Artistic Director on web3 projects that for luxury brands (e.g. Hennessy) and non-profit organizations (Alzheimer Foundation & Research)
